Mark Nanzer, is an experienced administrator with 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector with a combination of direct service provision and management and oversight of federal, state and local grant funding.  Mark is a seasoned administrator with experience in Independent Living Skills and Job Development Skills training, case management, crisis intervention and staff supervision. He has overseen operations Department of Labor funded Adult and Youth Workforce Development, AmeriCorps and Transitional Living Programs.

Mr. Nanzer has played a critical role in engaging key funding agencies and system partners in strengthening the financial sustainability of programs, including generating and leveraging new funding opportunities to maintain long-term direction and vision for strategic initiatives.  He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Retired Employees of San Diego County (RESDC).  RESDC is a 54 year old non-profit membership organization representing all San Diego County retirees, ensuring their current benefits are protected and obtaining new benefits when justified.
